Sue Garner Award Winning Trainer
Drawing on a learning and development background in private corporations and the public sector, I understand the value of investing in leaders for the benefit of the organisation. My mentoring, coaching and training is designed to enable leaders to drive business fortunes through strong customer relations, empowered teams, impactful presentations and dynamic thinking.
Every leader and organisation are unique. I start the relationship by understanding the desired changes in behaviour and skills, taking into account the 12 Levers of Transfer Effectiveness. I then recommend a tailored solution, including advanced training modules, 1:1 or group coaching, mentoring or train the trainer programmes.
Training is only of value to the organisation when it is applied. With a focus on the end goal, performance coaching and mentoring encourage individuals to implement learning. Located in Milton Keynes, I provide face-to-face leadership development for clients in London and across the South East. My online training and coaching are accessed by delegates around the world. In 2004, I was nominated and won the East Midland Region of the National Training Awards for the impact of my training.

I lead the mentoring, coaching and training. As one person cannot fulfil all requests, I have built up a trusted network of professional associates. Every member of my network has been personally verified; I am very particular about who represents Sue Garner. For quality assurance, I review or help develop training materials and observe or get involved in their training programmes.
These associates collaborate on larger projects or provide specialist expertise as required. This flexible approach enables me to best meet your organisation’s needs.
